Chase Utley is the biggest question mark due to his upcoming hip surgery. There's no doubt that he is the best fantasy 2nd baseman in the game when he is healthy. I expect him to be playing opening day, but I will be following his progress and updating his ranking accordingly before opening day. Here's the way I see 2nd base for 2009:
